Make your favorite pancake recipe.
Melt some butter in a large skillet.
Pour entire batch of pancake batter into skillet.
Let cook for a bit then stir. |
Let cook for a while longer and stir when needed. |
Cook until crumbly. You really can't mess this recipe up! |
Serve with your favorite pancake toppings. My favorites are maple syrup, blueberries, and pecans! |
4 cups flour (use rice flour for gluten free pancakes)
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup baking powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp guar gum (only needed if using rice flour)
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl
4 eggs separated
3 cups milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
Combine milk, vegetable oil, vanilla, and egg yolks together in smaller mixing bowl.
Pour into dry mixture and mix thoroughly.
Whip egg whites until soft peaks form.
Fold into batter.
